GROUND DRILLER

SYNOPSIS

The present invention relates to a ground drilling machine such as earth drilling (boring) machine for drilling a bore in earth for embedding, without open-cut operation to the earth, gas pipe, electric cable, signal cable sheath tube, fiber cable, water-supply pipe, sewer (sewage) pipe and the like, and a crawler drill for boring an earth to insert an explosive for blasting use, and also relates to a rod exchanger utilized for such ground drilling machine.

            The GROUND DRILLER is one which can be used to drill or holes the earth to our requirements. The drill head is mounted on the drilling machine.  The drill head spindle is inserted in to the machine spindle.  

FUEL INJECTOR TESTING EQUIPMENT

SYNOPSIS

             During the compression stroke in a four-stroke diesel engine, air is compressed in the engine cylinder.  The pressure of the air is increased and its temperature is also increased.  The diesel fuel is injected at the end of the compression stroke and the fuel is ignited.

            The fuel feed system ensures that the diesel oil is injected into the cylinders at the correct time.  It consists of a diesel tank, a feed pump, a filter, an injection pump, an injector and connecting lines.  Regular testing of the fuel injection system ensures that the diesel pump works effectively.  Testing is carried out by:

(i)                Calibration and

(ii)              Phasing

FABRICATION OF MOTORISED COIN SEPARATER

SYNOPSIS

The object of this project is to separate the different coin in the various tray by using cam method. The operation of coin separator machine is performed by using a A.C Motor, cam Mechanism, and coin separator tray arrangement.  The coin is held at a drill holes which is fixed to the top of the tray. The every tray is having different diameter of holes depends upon the coin diameter.

FABRICATION OF PIPE CUTTING MACHINE

SYNOPSIS

The Machine we designed and fabricated is used for cutting any shape of object like straight cutting for pipes .  In our project the work holding vice is a special type of vice such that the fixed jaw can be adjusted to an that the fixed jaw can be adjusted to an angle of 0 to 40 and can be fixed in any manner likely the movable jaw can also be swiveled 0 to 45 automatically.

            Hence our project namely pipe cutting Machine is a Special type of Machine.  According to the type of material to be cut, the grinding (abrasive)wheel  can be changed. This project gives details of Cutting various shapes and sizes of components.  This machine can be widely applied in almost all type of industries.This machine was automatically operated pneumatic system.

CONTOUR ATTACHMENT FOR LATHE

SYNOPSIS

            A concave attachment is a versatile one to cut concave-convex profiles.  A set of rotating plates have T-slots for the T-bolts that hold the boring bar.  These plates are rotated by a train of gears.  The bar is held roughly yet free enough to rotate. When the tool is built, the boring bar is first clamped with both pivots at lead centre.  So, the tool describes a zero radius when the crank is turned. 

At this time, one set up pin hole is drilled in each of the rotating plates, as indicated so that the pin touches the boring bar.  Then to set the tool, for a desired radius, it is merely necessary to place a piece of flat stock the same thickness as the desired radius between the bar and the set up pins while securing the bar in position.  At this point, data the flat stock and set up pin can be removed.

In this project the bending of V shaped metal rod is carried with the help of hydraulic jack arrangement. This method is very useful in industries to convert the lengthiest metal rod to the u shaped type. Here the main aim of the our project is reduce the man power, applying constant force at all time, automating the process and also increase the rate of production.

 SYNOPSIS

          The technology of pneumatic has gained tremendous importance in the field of workplace rationalization and automation from old-fashioned timber works and coal mines to modern machine shops and space robots. It is therefore important that technicians and engineers should have a good knowledge of pneumatic system, air operated valves and accessories. The air is compressed in an air compressor and from the compressor plant the flow medium is transmitted to the pneumatic cylinder through a well laid pipe line system. To maintain optimum efficiency of pneumatic system, it is of vital importance that pressure drop between generation and consumption of compressed air is kept very low.

The aim is to design and develop a control system based an intelligent electronically controlled automotive braking system is called “AUTOMATIC BRAKE FOR HILLS STATION ”. This Braking system is consists of IR transmitter and Receiver circuit, Control Unit, Pneumatic breaking system. The IR sensor is used to detect the hills obstacle. There is any obstacle in the path, the IR sensor senses the hills obstacle and giving the control signal to the breaking system. The pneumatic breaking system is used to break the system.  

AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC GLASS GRINDING MACHINE

            The project mates innovate quality and knowledge we have decided to design and fabricate a new machine namely pneumatic  glass grinding   machine.  The economical cost, which was not available in the market.

            Glass is a hard and brittle material is mainly used for fancy, articles, and laboratory equipment's.  Its is impossible to parting off (or) drilling glass

Glass grinding   is to be over come the above problem.  It consist of portable stand with  abrasive grinding wheel mounted on the piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder ,  Flate table and adjustment bolt and solenoid valve.  It is Simple Compact more efficient.  In this machine, glass grinding   is done on few Seconds.  Hence we are decided to take the above Project.

SYNOPSIS

            Work holding is the most essential act to carry out machining.  These are commonly used in the machine shop.

1.      To hold the job in proper position

2.      To hold the job rigidly

3.      To prevent vibration of the job while the machining is carried out.

             There are many types of work holding devices like machine vices swivel vices, universal vice, pipe vice, T-Bolt’s ‘U’ clamps, Goose neck clamp, angle plate, Jigs and fixtures etc.  These are all mechanical type work holding devices. In this project we are dealing about the pneumatic plain vice used in drilling machine.  Here the loading and unloading is quick.  The job can be held more rigidly.

AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC GLASS HOLE   DRILLING MACHINE

 SYNOPSIS

 In small-scale industries and automobile maintenance shops, there are frequent needs of, drilling, boring, reaming machine.  Huge and complicated designed parts cannot be machined in ordinary machine.  Further for every operation separate machine is required.  The increases the initial cost required, large area requirements and large number of machine are required.

In a single machine all the above specified operation can be carried out, i.e., after glass  drilling,., after ordinary  drillbit can be attached, and the operation can be performed. By the application of pneumatics, the pneumatic cylinder with piston which is operated by an air compressor will give the successive action to operate this machine.  By this we can achieve our industrial requirements.pneumatic gun coupled with pneumatic cylinder.This machine very much useful to glasshole making machine.
