The aim of this project work is to acquire practical knowledge in the field of complicated loading job with the help of pneumatic cylinder and air compressor . The project work is concerned with the fabrication of the portable pneumatic crane.  This machine is very useful for lifting and carrying heavy loads such as painting equipment, spray painting gun and etc. this is demo model project this project operates remote system

OVER SPEED INDICATION AND BREAKING SYSTEM

SYNOPSIS:

    The Object of this project is to detect the speed of the vehicle and breaking if it exceeds set speed

SCOPE:

        This project is very useful to the traffic police department in order to measure the speed of the vehicle. This project is also used to avoid the accident.

BRIEF METHODOLOGY:

          This project is designed with micro controller, Proximity Sensor as speed sensor and driver circuit with Relay and keypad.breaking system assembly.

HYDRAULIC BREAK SYSTEM WITH BREAK FAILURE INDICATOR

abstract

             All most all the vehicles are facing out the problem so called as brake failure, how to rectify? What to do to prevent this brake failure which results in more number of accidents. To overcome this problem, we find a solution called brake failure indicator in order to rectify the problem.

      The aim is to design and develop a control system based an electronically controlled automatic break failure indicator by using IR Sensor is called “HYDRAULIC BREAK SYSTEM WITH BREAK FAILURE INDICATOR”.

GROUND DRILLER

SYNOPSIS

The present invention relates to a ground drilling machine such as earth drilling (boring) machine for drilling a bore in earth for embedding, without open-cut operation to the earth, gas pipe, electric cable, signal cable sheath tube, fiber cable, water-supply pipe, sewer (sewage) pipe and the like, and a crawler drill for boring an earth to insert an explosive for blasting use, and also relates to a rod exchanger utilized for such ground drilling machine.

            The GROUND DRILLER is one which can be used to drill or holes the earth to our requirements. The drill head is mounted on the drilling machine.  The drill head spindle is inserted in to the machine spindle.  

FABRICATION OF MOTORISED COIN SEPARATER

SYNOPSIS

The object of this project is to separate the different coin in the various tray by using cam method. The operation of coin separator machine is performed by using a A.C Motor, cam Mechanism, and coin separator tray arrangement.  The coin is held at a drill holes which is fixed to the top of the tray. The every tray is having different diameter of holes depends upon the coin diameter.

FABRICATION OF PNEUMATIC PAPER CUP MAKING MACHINE

SYNOPSIS

            Generally the cups and plate are made in plastics.  The plastics are harmful and it has many disadvantages to us.  By naturally we get leaves, Leafs by using this we can make cups.  It is very cheap and it does not have any chemical effects. The Paper  cup is made by a pneumatic machine.  The machine is operated by the pneumatic system.  By using this we can produce cup at high production rate.  By using different shape die we can produce different shape and size cups.  The machine size is comfortable to suit any where.

            The air enters to the flow control valve and gives pressure to the double acting cylinder.  The direction is control by the direction 5/2 control valve.  The movement of piston will be varied by adjusting the flow control valve.  By adjusting the speed, the production rate will be varied.

MOTORIZED SCREW JACK

SYNOPSIS

Here we are introducing the motorized screw jack. The vehicle should be lifted for certain type of works. This cannot be done manually. To avoid such problem a jack was invented. To make the work easier than a screw jack we have introduced a new concept called motorized screw jack. We can easily lift the vehicle up and down by using the ON/OFF switch. This helps to reduce the burden of the worker. This project is designed by following blocks, Jack model, DC motor and On/Off switch.

COLD CHAMBER DIE CASTING MACHINE

SYNOPSIS

           The project deals about the cold chamber die casting machine.  The main principle is to compress the plastic material in a barrel and the compressing motion is developed by pneumatic cylinder arrangement.  The plastic material is heated by the heater surrounding the barrel. Then it is converted into molten state.  The molten plastic is injected through the nozzle in barrel to the die by the compressing force.  After completing this process, we will get the product from the die.  Commercial products like bushes, couplings, switches etc., can be produced.
