The MULTI
NUT TIGHTNER is one which can be used to tight/loose the number of nut at
various large and even unsymmetrical layouts according to our requirements,
where the conventional Multi nut tightner cannot be used. The multi spindle
head is coupled with the D.C motor. This D.c motor drowns supply from the
already stored battery.
The report furnishes a cost
estimation of all the components of the equipment by careful considerations of
all factors such as cost of material, labour, machining and purchased
components. This project has lot of application, and the machine cost is low.
In our project, multi nut tightner is used to tight/loose the nuts in the
automobile wheel. The D.C motor direction is one direction for the operation of
